teamboat was founded in 2002. the exact date is not known, but the formation of teamboat took place during a warmup
session before rugby training began. it all began when roland played a game of random team on battle.net
before training. relating the experience of the game to daniel, roland talked about him having a
horrible partner who referred to the unit "steam tanks" as "steamboats". daniel then had a brainwave, and
the two of them decided to create accounts called teamboat1 and teamboat2: the name thought up due to daniel's fascination with food and warcraft.
guanghao joined shortly after the formation of teamboat, due to the need for intelligence to balance out the
gluttony in daniel and good looks in roland. together, the trio have accomplished feats such as making
seoul garden move out of j8. armed with their passion for food and good recommendations from guanghao,
teamboat strives to test (and at the same time, destroy) all buffets in singapore.
currently, the strength of teamboat stands at 3: daniel, guanghao and roland. there is, at the
moment, only 1 associate member: clement.

an update
ok this has been stagnant for a long wowwhile because teamboat has been owning it up on wow! =D so today, due to server maintenance, i'm gonna have an UPDATE! =D ok so these few days have been hectec. tonnes of wowpw man. ok i just came back from training. fricking tired. ran like 3 rounds around rj and then 3.3km in sprints/strides. and that was like after gym. like wowwadahell so damn tiring =D
anyway special mention goes to watching like 30+ mins of 12 storeys for gp on monday. got me thinking for awowwhile, like how we're secluded/protected and unexposed to such.. heartlandish behaviour. it was just like the feeling i had during cip @ swiss cottage, how i was so blessed to have a nice family with stable income and all. i can even play wow! then, shortly after the film (or cip, for that matter), "reality" strikes home and we go back to our "unsatisfactory" lifestyles, that thought/memory shoved into the dust-filled corners of our brains.
kinda sad, isn't it?
edit: finished washing it. gotta say that it has changed my impression on home-based films! it wasn't as bad as i thought it'd be =D
on a side note, teamboat is gonna own in orientation'06. to those who didn't make it, cheer up it isn't the end of the world and there are many more opportunities. hehe all go down there and watch lam dance! =D i think he's getting the hang of it, cos he can type /dance in wow. heheh.

abel's bday celebrations!
ok before i start this...
promos are over WOOHOO!!!
ok. anyway yesterday was abel's (belated) birthday celebrations. overall attendance: ab(el), jo(n), ro(land), sh(iyun), sh(ibani), ti(mothy)[yam]. so basically we had lots of fun. booze + choc fondue kinda makes you happy. and msn was really hilarious. well it wasn't at that time, but looking back on it, it was effing funny. haha. =D slept at like 530 after having a very lengthy talk about lots of stuff. was quite insightful. and fricking hilarious. btw do you know that yam is ______cised? hahahaha =P

promo exams
to those who i haven't wished good luck and are actually taking the time to read this (even though you should be studying for your promos, you lazy arse!): good luck!
to those who are feeling mega stressed out and are dying: take it easy, being stressed just makes the promos worse. chill out and you'll do fine. remember, the criteria (for rj) is only 2 A level passes and 2 AO level passes! (hint: sarcasm)
to those who have screwed up their first few papers (like i have, GP and lit): work hard! don't let this setback screw your whole promos up.
to those who can't wait for this to be over: it's only 4 more days. ok 3 for the non-econs people. take solace in that.
lets pull through it together guys!
